LGYM – Lesbian and Gay Youth Manchester | LGBT youth north west

LGBT Youth Manchester (LGYM) is a lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans (LGBT) youth project based in the city centre for young people aged 14-25. We meet on:

Tuesdays 7.30 – 10.00pm and
Saturdays 3.00 – 7.00pm

LGYM is a safe space where you can meet other young people and feel at ease. There are loads of different activities you can take part in which include outdoor activities – rock climbing, canoeing, cycling and walking. Perhaps you are more arty? Come and have a go at banner making, painting, podcasting, drama or film making. Maybe debates and discussion are more your thing? The list is endless!

Have a look at our Welcome Pack.

Young people have a big say in the activities that we do, so if you have an idea, let us know!

We know that some people have difficulty in finding us…

If that is the case you can request to meet a qualified youth worker or police checked volunteer in a public place of your choosing in the city centre. If you require this service email Sally at info@lgbtynw.org.uk.
